I made this map once for me and it totally helped me to reach my goals. It is amazing visualization tool. It is clear set of goals and action plans. Now, you can download the map, print it and enter your shape up goal (whatever it is – lose weight, tone up, gain weight; in addition remember to be as much specific as as you can, like how many pounds you want to loose and by when, exact date). Using the shape up major action plan from the map, break down each plan on every day steps you are going to make, like: how many days per week you are going to exercise; what kind of new and healthy eating habits you are going to implement in your diet; ets. It is never ending process and it requires your persistence. Remember, you do it for yourself and as long as you want to stay and keep healthy, happy and in shape it is so worth it.
